Save huge $ on water leakage

In Queensland, owners/operators of large water usage systems (retirement villages, factories, sporting complexes, units, holiday parks etc) are required by legislation to audit water usage regularly to minimise waste and leakage.

Leaktech carried out this work and provides extensive reports on findings. Often the work takes as little as a day and identifies both leakage and wastage, allowing plumbers to rectify problems.

We are able to provide details upon request of satisfied users who will vouch for the savings identified. It is a financially sound decision to have this work carried out regularly despite legal obligations as the savings identified and the peace of mind outweigh the investment (which gets cheaper after the initial investigation).

One complex saved over $30,000 a year when we located a leaking obsolete pipe installed during construction and buried with just a poly pipe folded on itself as a “cap” for over 16 years. It is not known how long the pipe had been leaking but there was no sign of water above ground as the water lost was entering a damaged storm water pipe and running away unseen.
